Been there 3 times for the hot and "ready" lunch between 12 and 1pm. Every single time, I had to wait 15 minutes because there... are never any ready pizzas... at lunch hour. Went back again. Got double charged and was told to call their hotline becausethey couldn't fix it in store. After 4 half hour calls, and them agreeing I was double charged, they kept saying a manager wouldcall me to put the refund through. Never happened. Same story every time. Ended up just giving up. Enjoy the double charge. Itcosted you all future charges. Never going again. Read more

I went about a week ago and asked if they had a form of cheesy bread which they gave me with no sauce. When I said something the... next time they said ?sauce only comes with the stuffed cheesy bread? - their exact words. So I ordered stuffed cheesy bread thistime.. and THIS IS WHAT THEY GAVE ME! 3 soggy (or uncooked) bread sticks with cheese inside. I also ordered a pizza with lightsauce which seems to have even MORE sauce than usual. AND the last time I went I ordered a stuffed crust pizza well done andagain, not only was it NOT WELL DONE but the crust felt like actual DOUGH. Just like these cheese stuffed bread sticks. ON TOPOF THIS I tired to go this past Wednesday night around 7:30pm and the place was completely closed. I went back to my car as Iwatch person after person walk up to a locked door also confused as to why.
