i went to lil mia's in pt pleasant, on Arnold ave a week or so ago.. i got 2 sausage slices, they charged 5 dollars for... both and were great tasting! however i jus went last night again, and wanted 3 sausage slices then decided to charge9.50 ..so the 2 slices a week ago were 2.50 each total .. 5 bucks now, all a sudden, the total was 9.50 for3???????????????? jus sayin Read more

While the pizza and food quality is stellar- order accuracy and customer service really suffers. I am visiting Point Pleasant,... and have ordered pizza here twice. Both delivery. The first time the sides were correct but the pizza was wrong. Close enoughfor the delivery driver to come back. The second time , I tried to be as specific as possible on the phone as I wanted toensure the order did not get mixed up. I had expressed wanting a large pizza, half specialty half regular cheese (regular pizzawith red/marinara sauce). When trying to reiterate and specify what I wanted, the person on the phone seemed to either beirritated or idk- but they remarked "I just said that" when I reiterated the pizza toppings. When the pizza arrived, thespecialty side correct, but the other half was wrong. It was really disappointing as I tried to ensure that it didn't happenagain. Too much trouble and inconvenience to call back so we just ate it. Not the best feeling to be interacted with in a shortmanner when I tried to ensure my order was correct to be met with annoyance/irritation and to to have it deliveredwrong. Unfortunately , I wont be ordering again as yummy as the pizza is. Customer service is truly critical , along withorder accuracy. Read more
Been coming here for nearly 10 years now. Some of the best pizza in town and glad to see the same crew of guys still cooking... this amazing food. All of the employees still remember me every time I go. Read more
