The service is good ,inside the store is not super clean but its ok
What is the point of advertising "Hot and Ready" when ever single time I come here I gotta "Pull forward" and wait... 15min... Edit : Awesome, aftet waiting 15m for my "Hot and Ready" food, I get home and my order is wrong. Thanks. Removinganother star. Read more
We just went through.....pizza is fresh and hot but paid for a drink that we never even got. So yeah 2 stars this time.
If I could rate this place with no stars I would! The reasons behind it include not getting our order right, not giving me the... proper amount of sauces I paid for, and tonight the workers was all in the front part of the store hanging out setting on thecounters while we were sitting in the drive thru along with 5 other vehicles waiting for them to come to the window to take anorder for over 15 minutes all because they were to busy setting around. I will never go back to Little Caesars in Point Pleasantever again. Read more
Order a Stix and Slices and it was cold, half of the toppings were peeled off of it. This wouldn?t be that big of a deal because... mistakes happen, but when I went in to get it fixed, the man working the front (tall, blonde hair, scruffy beard) had a fullattitude as if I was wrong for wanting it remade. I don't expect a hot and ready pizza to be the same quality as fresh, but I do expect it to be edible. I picked up a plain... cheese hot and ready and ate it not even 10 mins later and the crust is literally so hard and stale that's it's inedible, likeI'm eating a cheese covered rock. It's obvious that whomever is in charge doesn't care about product quality or food safety inthe slightest. Definitely don't recommend this location. Read more
We get pizza here when we need it fast and it's not bad pizza but this time I have to say they put way to much toppings on our... pizza! So many it made out deep dish box bind a little when we only had half left. But the taste was great! Read more
I got a hot and ready at the point plesant wv store that looked old. The young man said he would remake it. I swear I was... brought out the same dry hard pizza. When you can touch tomatoe sauce and not get any on your finger that's a bad pizza. Thecheese was like hard plastic. Read more
