I was doordashing picked up a delivery had to wait a few minutes because I did not have the food ready. But when they did the... bags were not folded the stickers were just pulled over the top but the bags was not folded very good and they did not have anycup holders so it was hard to carry for pops and all the food to the customer that ordered the food. I?m a huge Wendy?s fan and stop by many Wendy?s locations on a weekly basis. Some are great, some are terrible. I especially... like this location in Point Pleasant and after several years of stopping by I've never had to take my food back for a mixed uporder. While other locations such as the Winfield store, always gets my order wrong or fries stale & cold, cheese dripping offafter repeatedly telling them no cheese, this location is total opposite. My orders have been correct and my food made exactlythe way I order, hot and fresh. The drive thru- time is quicker than most and everyone I've encountered exceptionally friendly.I appreciate this Wendy?s employees and appreciate the good customer service and great food. Read more
