If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I asked for a toco salad. I got a Caesar salad with chili no dressing. I'm mad... cause this is not the first time this happened there but it will definitely be the last. Read more

First let me state that I live .4/10 of a mile from this Wendy?s. I ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches a medium fries and a... root beer soda. The bill was over $20 dollars and change. When I got home in less than 2 minutes in 86 degree temperature Iopened the package of grilled chicken sandwich which was brown on one side and less than a 1/4 of an inch thick but it was icecold. The fries were the same. Sooo I opened the second chicken sandwich and it was the same. ICE COLD. When you go to thisplace order inside in the dining room. Maybe your sandwich and fries will be warm. A friend and I tried to enter through the door, it was locked. We attempted to go through the drive through on foot and we were... ignored. When someone else went through in a car, the lady at the window proceeded to yell at the man saying he needed to be ina car. He tried to explain that he was in a car and we were the ones (strangers) who were not. I asked her if she couldn?t haveserved us without a car why couldn?t she have just let us know so we hadn?t wasted time. She said if we didn?t leave she wouldcall the police. I visit this Wendys often, I just decided to skateboard this one time. I believe this woman to be the manager.I have never met a woman so upset without anything to instigate it. If she would have just let us know kindly I would havegladly left and came back in a car. But now I will never visit again. Read more

This place will be just like Burger King was if they continue to operate as such. I visited last evening about 940pm after I... went on google and checked to see what time they close. The hours on google are open until 10pm. I arrived to find the drivethru closed. Not surprised because of the snow storm we just had but the sign did state that the inside dining room was open. Ithen proceeded to go inside only to be met at the door and be informed by a women that stated they were closed. I then respondedwith the hours are open until 10pm. She then came back with well we close early because of the weather or something else she hadsaid. I wasn?t sure because at that point I had been a bit annoyed because I just spent money on Uber to get there only to findout they are closed at around 930pm. Or as the person closing stated how the weather effects the place. Someone needs tohandle this restaurant. Read more

This is my favorite Wendy's, and I have been to 5 in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. They have the hottest, crispiest fries. The 4... for $4.00 meal offers a double burger as a sandwich choice. Only disappointment at most of the Wendy's is decaf coffee, evenwhen it is freshly made. Read more

The manager was not only unprofessional banging the window but the employees laughed off this health hazard. Food safety was... ignored, as grease is built up and became caked up byproduct from dirty grease traps. It can harbor bacteria, and cause a firehazard. Please note the employee whom was laughing at this atrocity is known as Abelardo. The manager on duty refused to shareher name. The health department and corporate will be notified to the arrogance and ignorance of poor employee training and theill standards in which point pleasant beach?s Wendy?s holds itself at. This Wendy's is one of the best around. Food is always fresh and hot. And it tastes good too for fast food! I have to say, tried... the Breakfast Baconator, and it is delicious. Nice crisp bacon and plenty of it. Makes me want to eat another. Staff is alwaysfriendly and polite, even when they are jamming! Read more
