Service from the cashier is really nice. The terrace is nice too. But hygiene wise, the guy push the salad with is bare hand to... fit in the content???!!! Cut my appetite!!! Hope you will becareful in the futur. Read more

Fast service Food was ok.

Very rude server , I've asked for one extra spoon of rice because he puts very little. He said you have to pay extra.. I mean... cmon ... very very cheap and decent food nothing wow like the other Amirs . Very low customer service . Not going back ! Read more

Didn't get to try the food because the customer service was bad. Language is an issue here. Even though I communicated in french... they were very rude. I hope the food is not as bad as their services i will not recommend this place.. i heard them make racistcomments just as I walked out. Read more

Restaurant is clean and I like the open setup with a terrace outside but the service offered is very poor. The lady cashier was... very rude and impatient. Not sure if it was just her having a bad day. Because I am aware of how hard the pandemic has been onrestaurants whenever I get the chance to go out and do takeout I prefer to go to the restaurants instead of using Uber or skipbecause i am informed on how much it cost these restaurants for these services. Later as i was trying to explain mydisappointment with the service the Male Cashier also got offended because I asked for a refund and no longer wanted the foodordered. Keep in mind that i had already ordered food as take out. Situation could have been resolved with just basicunderstanding but that was missing. Her comments at the end of our heated conversation suggested prejudism. I have been tomultiple Amir restaurant and I have to say this was my first disappoinment. My comments does not in anyway reflect on thefranchise but rather this specific location. Hopefully your experience is better than mine. Read more

Very bad customer service. So rude people working don't speak English. I asked for the falafel he said will take time, then I... asked for Vege Pita, he literally yelled at me saying I just told you it's gonna take time. I try to show on the menu the guydidn't even look at it. And walked away. Very very bad service I do not recommend. Read more
