Had the worst experience. Pizza was totally cold. Took 45 min to make the pizza . It should be hot enough for the customer.

Not sure if they changed owners but ive never seen anything so incompetent. I ordered at 8pm. Order had not arrived an hour... later, i called back and customer service explains that the order was accidentally canceled and that we will receive our orderfor free. Another 2 hours passes and still nothing. Frustrated, we decide to go directly at the restaurant which was closed forsome apparent reason( they should have been opened as per customer service clerk and google). We call the following morning toget our free meal. It arrives an hour later with a mistake. Once again we call to inform them they made a mistake. They repliedback saying someone will come and bring the right order. 2 hours passed. Still nothing. Another call and customers serviceexplains that the restaurant said they made no mistake and wouldnt come. We asked the person over the phone if they would fixour order if we show up at the restaurant to show them the mistake and she said yes. Once there, it was a whole other jokeentirely. Worst experience ever. Lady named Monika said she is the owner and she doesn?t know how to behave with someone. I ask for... bathroom key so I can clean my dirty hands before eating but she totally refused and started shouting. I had ordered before andall the time the pizza wasn?t good at all. they try to save cheese so they put almost no cheese. I have worked in Pizza Pizzamyself but never seen something like that. I made an online order for pickup at the restaurant. It kept erasing my order, I put the HABS code but at some point it... disappeared and I ended up not having the promo code. I picked up my order at the store and asked the employee to please add itto my order but he said he couldn't. The pizza was ok (why I put the second star there). I ordered a family sized fries but thebox was half empty when I opened it. The fries were wetty and soggy. They looked like they had been in there for the last 2hours.
