I went there a few days ago and I saw that the guy that was making the burgers had no gloves on and was constantly touching his... face, I didn?t see him once wash his hands, Totally grossed me out. Might not go there for a while after seeing that. Read more
The only thing I saw bad was that one employee had the masked below the chin. That is a big mistake. I may not go there for a... while after seeing that incident. The food was okay. Of course the burgers and the chickens strips were hot so that's a goodsign. Taste good as well. They need better training and proper training with preparation. Service is pretty slow and need tofix that A.S.A.P. Also the management and supervisors. The management here is not the best and the employees feel that they donot want to talk with you when they take your order. They are cheapskates. Sometimes their machines for payments don't work sothey need tp update that as well. December, 2021. I came here today and the clerk just wanted to rush. It is disappointing thatthe owner operates this A&W Pointe-Claire in the Mall. The food was hot which was a good sign but I felt like he did not wantto be there. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE The clerk made a mistake taking my order. I asked for rings and they gave me fries. I went back... through security to get the rings I ordered and she said I?m going to need to charge you the difference which I accepted, noissues. We just ordered Double Teen Burgers with bacon, sweet potato fries and apple turnovers from A&W via DoorDash today. Fantastic... food. High quality. The 7 grain buns were delicious. Thanks A&W for offering healthy buns ... and thanks for making great food???? Read more
Had a good "all Canadian" breakfast here. Friendly staff, reliable. And, best of all it was served with a smile.
