Wow. I?m very disappointed in what was once my favourite place to eat in the mall. I used to come to Poulet Rouge once a week... when they first opened. I would even buy 4 bowls at once so I can bring to work during the week. Now , they get rid of theirwraps ,prices went up , extra charge for black olives and worse , the chicken is precooked. GREATTTT EXPERIENCE!! The cashier is such a sweetheart and they all work so well under pressure due to the high clientele. after many times ordering from here, decided to drop by for a review. food taste good and a healthier choice as opposed to most... on the food court area. first time ordering experience, not the easiest to get how it works. but the more you come and eat herethe process gets more familiar. but staff needs to explain more about the sauces as they never not a single time they mentionabout the other kinds of sauces available (dijon miel, lime, balsamic, etc.). they always ask if you want spicy mayo. goodplace to eat overall, but why the 3 stars you might ask? well, here?s why! 1- twice this happened?i came to try and order herearound 10:30 around that time, then one of the staff on the grill tells me that they open at 11 o?clock. ok so i left. i cameback at around 10:57 and ask if it?s okay to order and the staff still insist that they open at 11. i get it, but they lackflexibility and consideration. service is poor EXCEPT for the owner as i went back yesterday and he was professional and seemsto care for a good service. 2- staff again lacks understanding that they are working with food. every time most of them seesomeone they know they do a bounce (or something similar in front of the open food) and just let them cut to the line no respectwhatsoever. just unbelievable 3- minor issue, the cut of chicken are smaller compared to other poulet rouge locations. not adeal breaker, i can still live with it. i could easily give 4 stars if service gets better. Although the slices of chicken were smaller compared to the branch downtown, the flavours were just as good. The chicken is deep... in flavours from marination and so are their condiments. I really enjoy being able to pick what I want in my bowl, it makes itmore personalized to my taste and it's overall more enjoyable, especially when they allow you to pick up to 7 condiments. Sinceeverything was flavourful, the whole meal was a rollercoaster of different flavours and it was great. Sour to sweet to salty, Ijust didn't get tired of my food. The poutine on the other hand was average, fries were soggy and a basic gravy. But that wasprobably because it was delivered. Even though they have so much good stuff going for them, I was a bit disappointed that myfood arrived lukewarm and I just wish the overall portions would be a bit larger. Read more

I'd rather heat up the planet than their grill. Chicken was unfortunately undercooked and thus I threw it out, didn't want to... bother going back there to have them reheat it and possibly overcook it since their culinary capabilities are clearlylacking. First, it was a little bit confusing. It was not clear what it is in the bowl! More indication would be helpful like step 1,... 2?Basically, you choose your chicken, rice or quinoa or both, then choose your topping, the sauce. It is a good option if youwant healthy food. Read more

The BEST restaurant in the new food court! This is the place I've been going the most since it opened, tried pretty much... everything on the menu and yesterday the poutine. Expected something decent based on the other orders I've seen of it, but itwas even better than I expected! That sauce is amazing, the fries, everything! The only downside is how busy the place alwaysis, longer wait times for the food but it is so worth it and the owner and employees work hard non stop! It is worth the waittrust me! So I decided to eat here just because they kept having so many customers so I assumed it must be pretty good. I was only 3rd in... line, and the line up behind me was really long! We did wait quite awhile that I almost gave up and left but, I?m from out oftown so I decided to stay and try it before I regret it. The employees were hustling HARD! And I noticed that the reason why itwas taking SO long to get my food was because there were a LOT of UberEats waiting to pick up their customers food. I orderedthe BBQ chicken and it was absolutely delicious. It was really tasty and good on its own! I think I messed up my order because Iadded way too many sauces which didn?t balance out really well. I had soya sesame sauce, guacamole and even tzaziki sauce. Nexttime I?m going to tone it down on the sauces. It was super filling too and I definitely want to try the other flavours nexttime! But I?ll definitely go when there is less of a line up.
