Terrible customer service. There was a line up and a lady asked if she could go to register since no one was there, we didn?t... see any problem with it. The people working there got mad at her for going to the register and started getting mad and pointedfingers at not only me but the other people in line too. I went to the cash register to place an order. They told me if I were paying with a card I have to use the kiosk. I told them... that I tried using kiosk and it was in French and I couldn?t understand some of the things there (as I don?t speak Frenchunfortunately). So I requested them if I can place an order with them. They said no to me and their reason was that they werereally busy. I understand that they are busy. But it?s not my fault. It?s not their fault either (the people working there).It?s their management?s fault for making the place short staffed. But that doesn?t give workers the right to be rude tocustomers and mock them. The service is fine and the price is what it is. However, what I find strange, is that the staff is either not wearing the... hairnet properly or literally not wearing one and not having their hair properly attached. It's really not hygienic and sinceit's mostly girls who are working, it's really concerning the amount of hair hanging around averywhere. Really unprofessional. Read more

I love going to this place for bubble tea because it is one of the only places to find quality bubble tea in Montreal BUT, in... the span of two days I have had an unpleasant experience that I think the store owner should address. Wednesday Jan 19th at17:50, I purchased two drinks, one hot, one cold. The store was out of tapioca which is completely understandable, I?m there 10mins besogne closing so that one I?m cool with. After I paid for my Large Hot Drink, the server tells me that Large hot drinksdon?t exist and I can only get a Medium even though I was charged for a Large drink (I?m assuming a cold). It was my first timehaving this experience at this location so I just let it slide and I told her it was no problem at all. I took my drinks,enjoyed them (delicious) and went on my Merry way. Thursday Jan 20th at 13:30 I return for more hot bubble tea. I didn?t get myboba fix the day before so I wanted to get one today with tapioca! There?s only 1 server working so I use the kiosk to orderwhich she is preparing drinks for other customers. I order (and pay) for a Medium Taro Milk Tea with tapioca. While she?spreparing my tea, she tells me ?I?m sorry, We don?t have Medium cups. I?ll have to give you a small but I can give you someextra toppings or something?? She was very nice about it, it wasn?t her fault and I agreed with her to give me more tapioca. Amessage to the owners, it is your responsibility to ensure this sort of problem doesn?t happen. You don?t charge people foritems that you do not have and then try to negotiate a different drink with them. I paid at least 15% more than I should havepaid for my drink (two days in a row!). I hope this review is taken constructively from the owner?s and i hope future patronsget a proper understanding of what they can (at times) expect from your establishment. We tried both the fruit slush (mango and honeydew) as well as the milk tea. The fruit slush are refreshing without being too... sweet. They also use actual fruit and not powders. The mango diamond slush is the better one out of the two, no wonder it is oneof their bestseller! The milk teas are just ok.
