The restaurant itself it's okay, however, if you come by car, you get a ticket for parking at their parking. The company giving... the ticket is statepark.ca. When you dispute the ticket, they say the parking is for customers only for addresses 301-306 Boul.Brunswick. TimHortons is located at 305 Boul Brunswick, but the ppl at Statepark.ca don't want to hear that you are a customerand are rude and aggressive in their comminication. IMPORTANT : I went to the police with the ticket and they said it's fakeand to not pay it Do not reccomend going there if you're in a car. Read more

If you are going to keep your doors open, then atleast have staff who know what to do AND have some food there. The young ones... at the cash unfortunately know nothing. If you have to ask every minute if there this or that, maybe they should be trainedproperly by management. Time to close your doors. Read more

Legit slow as possible. Operated by old lady's taking 5 minutes per order. Only go here if you have time to waste I guess. I... waited 20 minutes to get served and just ended up leaving, lunch rush isn't really a rush to them I guess. Doesn?t matter how many times I order from this restaurant they always mess up my order. Without fail there is either a... different item i received that I chose on the menu or didn?t receive the entire item. They hire the most incompetent people towork a very popular high demand coffee shop. Looks very bad on the management and says a lot about the restaurant as a whole. Wow! I just had the best old fashioned donut ever. They were out of them and offered to make one fresh. It took 5 minutes but... they brought them to the table and warned is about them being very hot. They were nice and crispy on the outside and soft andflavorful on the inside. Their sign on the front door and the Google hours say they are open until 5. We arrived at 4:40 just to get coffee/tea, there... were several people still inside, and they had already closed and locked the doors. There was another customer outside as well.The girl working insisted they closed at 430. If so, they need to change their signs outside. Terrible customer service. Read more
