Terrible! We asked for our Whoppers to be made fresh & the young lady behind the counter said, "Oh, yes! They are fresh!" ... One minute later we are handed a tray with our burgers. They were barely warm. I don't call that being made fresh & to order.Not only that I didn't request cheese & got cheese. The cheese wasn't even melted..so how could it be fresh off the grill?? Picking up a Door Dash order this morning. Irene greeted me with so much energy and a huge smile even though extremely busy. My... order was hot and ready. You are amazing Irene! This place is horrible. NEVER do they get the order correct at the drive-thru. When you order ?Mayo only? it should be pretty... simple. I realize they are short staffed but obviously no one there can READ! I don?t know why I keep going back other than I ama ?hopeful? person. Read more
This place is ridiculous. The manager at night with glasses has no clue what she's doing. Poor customer service skills has a... melt down when there's 3 orders to put out. Sad ! Should not be employed in any restaurant type atmosphere. Absolutely no workskills at all! Read more
