best chain food pizza in the country. the garlic sauce pushes it over the top. the chocolate dessert is amazing
Never really had a problem with Papa John's in Boardman until tonight. Placed my order online and on one pizza had gotten... pepperoni with half banana peppers and half mushrooms. I had selected extra mushrooms on the one half. I was disappointed when Ireceived this pizza because there were literally 10 little pieces of mushrooms while the other half had like 3 times as manybanana peppers. When I called to ask why there were so little mushrooms on the pizza the first lady that answered the phone wasshort with me and told me extra toppings don't come through if you order online. I told her I wasn't satisfied with the qualityof this pizza and what could be done to resolve the issue. She put me on hold and then told me they could remake the pizza but Iwould have to bring the one I had back to the store and then pay to have the pizza remade. How does that make any sense? Thenthe lady hung up on me. I called back and talked to another employee who, after I explained my dissatisfaction, asked me whatthe problem was? They obviously don't hold a high standard at this location. When we picked up the pizza the guy at the frontcorner was upset that Swensons across the street was causing their business to go down, but it's probably just because of theirlack of customer service. I ordered the other day and accidentally gave them the wrong phone number, because I recently got a new one. Today I ordered... another pizza, and it seems, out of spite, they gave the thinnest pizza I have ever seen in my entire life. It can?t be thickerthan a cm or two. Want my advice? I found bits of plastic in my pizza. Now I?m eating everything really slow. SMH
Ordered stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms, papadilla with mushrooms, onions, and ranch on side, and a brownie. I... got a super soggy pizza, and you couldn't even see the toppings because the cheese was on top and very few toppings underneath,papadilla was dry and overcooked, had green peppers on it and I said no peppers, they forgot the mushrooms, and forgot the ranchon side. Contacted the manager of store, I said I didn't want credit and that I called to let them know. Manager says "so youjust called to complain?" Who says that? I called to give you a heads up. Contacted corporate. They said someone would contactme and NO ONE ever did. Then they send me an email asking how it went. Are you serious? I called to find out what see what specials they had as I needed to order a few pizzas. Michael wanted to get smart with me and... tell me since I was calling from a restricted number I had to call back from another number so he could tell me the specials. Itold him he was crazy and when I asked to speak to his manager he refused stating he could not transfer a call from a restrictednumber. I told him I would call back in the morning and speak with his manager and let his manager know how he cost thembusiness and his tune changed and he said " oh I said I can give you the specials".
