Slow service , they made my drink WRONG and to top it oof I was over charged. when I asked to speak with management . no... apologies and they did not even offer to replace the drink or give me a refund. I will never buy anything from this location. Read more
5 stars no questions! Any day that begins with an order from Starbucks always ends with me feeling like the day was very... productive. The drinks are delicious, inside is always good vibes, and the effect always puts a pep in my step. And when I'm ina hurry I can always pre-order from the app, the same app that I load funds on to so that I get credit towards rewards. And nomatter where I'm at there is always a Starbucks location within minutes. I think it's safe to say that even if you haven't triedit, then you have at least heard of it. With three people in front of me each ordering one drink took 15 mins. Carmel frap with no caramel drizzle anywhere and the cup... was covered in my drink asked to to wipe it and got some attitude for a response. Yikes Starbucks is the regional manageraware? Read more
They do a good job here. Good drinks, rarely mess up... But plan on waiting. There is always a huge line. I waited for 25 min in... line and that's normal. They really need to bring a full Starbucks store to pollock pines. Read more
All the baristas are extremely nice. They get new baristas a lot though. I go every day because there's nowhere else to get... coffee up here. But like i said all the workers are nice and they always try to get your order right so like please be nicebecause they have to deal with a lot of people everyday ???? Read more
