Welcome your customers, move with quickness, get a system of who's taking orders, adding toppings, ringing out and what to do... about online orders. You can't ignore the lobby for online's and when online's come to store tell them it's bad timing Two teenboy workers four couples 15min waiting another 8 to make two simple sandwiches. Read more

I would have posted 0 stars if possible! Waited in line for 25 minutes to even order my food! (and felt even worse for the woman... that ordered her food on the app and had to come back twice before it was even made before I got cashed out!) Not happy to pay$16 for a sandwich! I just was in there on my lunch break. I didn't know they closed at 8pm. I got there at like 8:02 and the door was open. I went... in and the young lady working was extremely rude. When she made my sandwich she just threw the meat in the bread. Then shethought I asked for a different sandwich but I told her no. And she continued to be very rude. Didn't ask if I wanted anycheese. I will most likely not be returning. All she had to do is let me know hey we're closed and I would have gone somewhereelse. Read more
