This location used to be really good when the old manager was here. I ordered 3 pizzas to be ready at a certain time and when I... got here, the people just started on them. I'm so tired of the Polo location. They used to be really good but now it takes so long to get your order when it comes to food.... They almost always mess something up with orders and today when they messed up 2 of the 3 subs we ordered all they did was arguewith us even though we brought our sandwiches in and referred to the app to show what we ordered is not what we got. They didn'treplace them or refund us. The service is TERRIBLE and they are rude and unprofessional. They are ruining a company that myfamily typically enjoys. Read more
DO NOT GET A SUB IF RITA IS WORKING THAT DAY. This place is pretty terrible and the worst part is it used to be really good. But... now it's just the worst. The pizza orders are always way late I've had one be over 30 minutes late and they always mess up thesub orders and on top of all this the staff especially is terribly rude. Rita is verbally abusive to customers always messes upthe orders and refuses to do anything to fix it. It always has what I am looking for when I go there and the employees at the checkout are super nice and welcoming when you walk... in and the store layout is just super simple and easy to figure out. The puppy chow is hands down my favorite thing at Caseys itis always super delicious qnd if they didn't have puppy chow I don't know if I would go there anymore. Read more
The only bad thing about this place is that they never have Philly Cheesesteak Pizza. Even during the promotion, it was out of... stock. Same with chicken quesadilla pizza, and bbq beef pizza... seems like to me you would want to keep those on the menu, because other pizza places definitely have the upper hand without them... I've been using my Casey's Reward app. It is so convenient to be able to order on the app and have the order ready when I arrive... to pick it up. We enjoy the pizza and the buffalo wings are awesome!! Read more
Not real thrilled with my visit today. 3 times we went to the counter to order a sandwich. 2 times we were ignored because... apparently making a salad was more important? Was told the other person would be with us soon... she wasn't, ignoredagain..??????? won't be stopping in again any time soon. Customers shouldn't have to feel like they don't matter. Read more
I couldn't get anything to eat for lunch. They still had 4 hrs old biscuits and gravy. Ask the guy about pizza. Told me to eat... the biscuits and gravy or nothing at all. The store is filthy and gross. The lady behind the counter was just complaining aboutgoing home. Worse Casey's I have ever been in. Need some management restructuring.
