Nice rooms and view. The only trouble I've ever had there was the one time I had to bring my dog with me. I was there for... training and she had to have medication twice a day. I left her in the kennel and would let her out when I was on breaks. As itturned out, they never cleaned the room because she was there, even though she was in a kennel. Had I known that, I'd have justleft her loose in the room so she'd be more comfortable. Read more
Casino is really noisy and the games are mostly reel games ( extremely boring and zero thought required). The cigarette smoke... ran me out if there after about 15 minutes. A really bad casino. The worst I have ever been in. Read more
Beautiful location on Flathead lake. Large room very clean. Great service from Billie in the bar and grill. Great place to walk... down main street and soak in the local boutiques which offer a wide range of Montana products. Enjoyed my time in Polson and atthe Kwataknuk resort. I plan to return next year and spend more time exploring the area. Read more
Hotel is okay and casino is pretty small. There is a ton of potential if they upgrade and tailor to the setting. Also could use... EV chargers at this day and age. Found one outlet around the entire complex. Read more
My last trip... This hotel was 90 degrees inside easy with all the doors open. Our AC in the room could not keep up. Service in... the bar was slow for food and drink. Staff was rude as they could be. It is my last time staying there. Read more
The rooms are nice and good room service. They also have a restaurant that has some really good food. They got a pool and hot... tub and a non smoking and a smoking casino. I don't gamble but I'll go grab a fountain drink. They also have a marina to fill upyour boats or jet skis. Cool place to stay. Read more
The two good things about this property is the location and their Wifi is fast. Other than that, I will not stay here again. ... First, I booked my room late last year. They charged my credit card for a night stay when I called them back few weeks later togive them my new credit card number. The front desk told me multiple times it was for security. Obviously, she didn?t know her job. Manager called me 2 days later to apologize. They shouldn?t have charged me yet. Then, few weeks before check in,another Manager called me to say they remodeled the property and the room type I booked was no longer available. I didn?t wantto deal with it anymore so I just requested a rollaway bed. My son who is 15 yr old, 6ft tall ended up sleeping on a rollawaybed. Very uncomfortable he said. Our room? Crack on a window, dusty table, transition strip on the floor is loose and itmakes sound every time you step on it and our room has the worst chair ever. They should throw that chair away. You can?t evensit on it. Old door to the patio. And bugs! It seemed impossible to enjoy the water without breathing in the bugs. It was sothick! I just can?t recommend this place. Read more
