The first time I ate there the Kodiak burger I had was great. And the service was fast and friendly. Yet tonight it took our... group of 5 and hour to get their food, mine which was a prospector burger not only came 12 minutes later than the the others, it was burnt. The waitress did apologize, I guess they have some younger inexperienced cooks at the moment, and since it was mybirthday dinner she gave me the cheese cake I ordered to go, for free. Yet it was one of the worst burgers I've ever had at arestaurant. As a matter of a fact, more than half of it is still in my truck. The cooks need to really up their game!! I wastruly disappointed. MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill & Pub has a separate and plentiful gluten-free menu. It is not printed on a piece of white typing... paper as we?ve seen elsewhere, but it is professionally printed as a separate menu. My wife had a gluten-free Fresh TomatoBasil small pizza, and I had a regular small Flathead Pizza. Both were excellent! We also enjoyed two tasty huckleberryspecialty cocktails. We've visited several MacKenzie River locations and this one has been the best so far with quality of the food. Service was a... little slow but definitely understandable given that staffing appeared to be a little short that night (our waitress hadnumerous tables and was helping behind the bar as well). We tried the Flathead pizza and would definitely recommend it! Read more

Great food and our waiter was very nice and attentive. Nice patio dining with beautiful views. My only complaint was the Dean... Martin/Frank Sinatra music that played the whole time. We were there over an hour and that music style never stopped! I had"Luck be a lady" stuck in my head for days Lol Read more

I am literally writing this review while we sit and wait and wait and wait for our food. Our drink order was completely... forgotten, and then once we inquired about it, the drinks were made incorrectly. The silverware is filthy, and as seen in thephoto the restaurant is too. It wasn?t even busy and our waitress was barely out waiting tables. The quesadillas came deepfried? With some sort of drizzle on them? The sign on their front door scolded us about how there is a labor shortage and no oneshould be upset about bad service, but no part of our experience had anything to do with a labor shortage.
