I'm sad as a daily customer of Starbucks. I get 2 caramel ribbon crunch frapps and a caramel machiatto every day. Lately, I have... completely stopped going and now only go when in Kalispell or Missoula. I've had to turn to other coffee shops in the area.Starbucks newer staff are horribly trained on the coffees. When my husband tries to tell them how we like it made they tend toget attitudes The only one who knows how to make a spectacular coffee is Lori. Lori is amazing. She's super friendly and andmakes really great coffees. Starbucks please work on this with your employees. I'm really hoping the new Starbucks going up intown will be better. Read more

I usually enjoy stopping for a coffee. Ok n this trip I stopped and got the white tea blend. The service was fast. When I took... my first sip I scalded the roof of my mouth a d my tongue. Only tried one thing on the menu, white chocolate caramel latte, but it was consistent when made by different baristas. They... open at 6am all week which was nice because other places don't open until 7 or 8am on weekends. Customer service was good allbut once when one of the workers was not having a good day so I don't go there anymore. Everyone has bad days, doesn't mean youcan take it out on your customers. Read more
