Visited the Taco Bell on Nov.15, 2022. Could get no one to take my order at the counter. A guest said you have to use the new... kiosk. No employees or signs gave this info. Tried to use the kiosk with mo luck so left without an order. This is a bad idea.McDonalds tried the kiosk idea and finally gave up the idea because of dislike by patrons. I work here as of last month but disregarding that my experience going thru the drivethru anytime since it opened has always... been awesome. Fastest place to get quality good food for reasonable prices made by friendly employees who follow strict hygienepolicies so you know the food is always prepped w care n safety in mind. 12/10, not just because I work there now xD but becauseeven before I did it my opinion of Polson Taco Bell has always been stellar for more than good reason Read more
Always my favorite late night meal. Mainly bc their always open late and I being a night owl can appreciate how important that... is. On top of it it's Hella good food and the people are usually always pleasant.....so thanks late night TacoBell peeps. Read more
Standard taco bell food. My order got mixed up with someone else's which was fine, but I felt bad for the employees because all... of them sounded like they were going to get in a lot of trouble for a tiny mistake. Everyone was friendly and nice though. Read more

Food was fast and hot despite a large crowd. The server was newer and missed a couple details on our order, but not a big deal... in the grand scheme of things. Employees are clearly working hard and were serving quickly. Not a bad Taco Bell experience atall! Read more
Whole experience was lousy. Had to order from kiosk. No person even acknowledged we were there. Name was called out and food was... left on counter out of reach. Didn't get the extras we paid for! Two exact items made two different ways. Encharido was tiny forover 4 dollars. Dinning room temp was like 30 degrees f'. Piss poor customer service. Read more
