It's a place to eat I guess if everywhere else is closed and you're starving and you want something slapped together really... quickly and carelessly without anyone paying attention to what you're asking for LOL. Especially if you don't want napkins andcondiments like straws and everything else that usually are supposed to be put in the bag at a drive-thru without having to gothrough all the trouble of asking for each and every one of them and how many of each one you want because they won't give themto you if you don't ask. Believe it or not. LOL their food is well McDonald's food LOL not much more you can say about that.Their service is McDonald's service LOL and atmosphere well you know the rest. LOL sorry it's just so hard to be serious aboutthis one. I mean everybody should know me Donald by now somewhere okay somewhere a lot worse than others well this one welllet's just say it's worse than others. Don't go there late at night especially if you live across the river which is right nextto it and right next to the bridge to West Virginia because there's cops that love to pull you over on your way to and fromMcDonald's to get that West Virginia money for Ohio and make themselves feel good. And don't go during the day or else you waitin line almost playing around into the road which is about 20 cars back so expect about a 20 minute wait before you even get toorder if you're in the Drive-Thru. But all in all it's all good if you're in (the McDonald's Hood) LOL. Read more
Awesome customer service. The staff was friendly and got orders out very fast. There was like 20 cars in the drive thru for both... lanes and it took them lile 5 to 7 minutes to clear the line of cars. I couldn't believe how fast the staff was with orders. Andall orders were correct, will Definitely go again. Read more
The offers in the mobile app are extremely worthwhile. I haven?t had any of my orders messed up in a very long time. Service has... been excellent lately. Employees are friendly. For being what it is, the food is good. Read more

asked for buffalo and ranch and they gave me buffalo and honey mustard. how do you get that confuse? guess you guys chose what... sauce we eat w then, weird. i did wave at them to get me ranch but the older woman gave me a look and gave me one ranch. tf oneranch gonna do for twenty nuggets? Food was good, tasted like any other McDonald's. Great staff, friendly and polite. Only con was it took 15-20 minutes to get... through the line, but it was pretty busy that day so all in all they did a great job! Read more
