The girl with the red hair on my first time here looked like she was not having it and or maybe she just has that face of always... being bothered working there. Decided to give it another try and this time her attitude was much more welcoming. Customerservice e is extremely important and I guess you just have to go on a day when she's not moody. Ordered my pizza over the phone. Waited 20mins to go pick it up cuz that?s the time I was told it would take to make. When I got... there, it was super busy. But ordered in advance so it should be no big deal. I went to the register only to be told I still hadto wait online to grab my pizza. So I waited another 30mins while my pizza sat at the counter getting cold n soggy to pick itup. Never again. Read more

Pizza is pretty good, you sit yourself no tip needed. All you can drink fountain bar, empty pizza boxes already assembled near... fountain bar to take your leftovers. Some Chuck e cheese type games for the kids, nice staff. We will be back. Read more

Terrible customer service. When I arrived to pick up my pizza at the pickup time, the girl at the front said it would be 5 more... minutes. So I waited 10, then I approached again and another girl told me 10 more minutes. So I waited another 10 and approachedagain when I was told it would be another 5minutes! Apparently there was some issues with the tickets printing which caused thedelay. However, not once did anyone apologize for the delay, apologize for the inconvenience, or even offer me a complimentarysoda or even a water while I waited, the entire time I stood there waiting. I worked for Starbucks for years as a barista and inmanagement. I currently work in the food industry and know how many competitors are out there. We wanted to try this locationbecause we have great experiences with Baldwin Park pizza co and La Verne Pizza co, but this was definitely not the sameexperience. Read more
