So this Jack in the box has the worst customer service I have ever seen, there is this ugly attitude female at the restaurant... she told me that she is manager, and I asked her if I can use the bathroom kindly and she said order first and I told her hey Ineed to go, can I order after I use the bathroom , she rudely said no?order first? , and I was extremely shocked how suchindividual can even work in a fast food chain with such high customer service goals , and I said I want to complain about thissituation and she said go look online and complain, and right when she was walking away from me she started singing Spanish songand started to talk Spanish to her coworkers and laughing , I just worked a 6 hour shift and I wanted to take a lunch break butneeded to use the bathroom first because of obvious reasons, and she just treated me like I asked something ridiculous. I get my morning drink here 4 to 5 times a week. With my iced tea I always order extra, extra lemons. Certain staff accommodate... that and even go above and beyond by going to cut them at the time I'm there. However, this morning after repeating 3 times inmy order that I wanted extra, extra lemon, I got my iced tea and there was no lemon and no ice. Really JIB employees, do youlike your drinks like that? When you're paying close to $3 for a drink, you would think that you could get it the way you likeit. Me and my mother went walking to Jack since dining was opened. It turns out all the doors were locked and you couldn't go in... there. So we decided to order though the drive thru. It turns out they wouldn't take our order or say anything just because weweren't in a car. As soon as we let a car pass to order they took his order but not ours . Just because we didn't have a car . Looking for unfriendly Service and edible fast food for the hungry? I got you . The place is dirty, It needs a super double... scrubbing everywhere. The floor is sticky, neglected corners show dirt and liquid spills. Soda machine does not work and pleasedo not try to use the bathroom..the manager had a bad start so do not expect a smile or a gesture of understanding while youare trying to decide what combo is best value for your money. Went to the drive thru today and grabbed the cluck sandwich. I pretty much just got the chicken and bun. They gave me.. I don't... even know what to call it, a squirt? Im glad i payed 5 dollars for a dry bun and chicken. ???????? Read more
