This location's customer service is horrible. When I have been trying to call in, they don't pick up the phone. I finally asked... to talk to a manager about it. The manager said their policy is that they do not answer the phones, to push the use of onlineordering. But do they tell anyone? No. They just leave all of us on hold. And, the pizza isn't as good here as at otherlocations. We drive all the way over to Temple now. Read more

I?ve been to this place twice and both times they have disappointed me. I had put in and online order 3 hours early, by the... time I got there to pick it up they said my order was not ready and it will take 5 minutes. Long story short, I had to waitanother 39 minutes to no avail. While others coming in ordering on the spot we?re going in and out with their order. I spoketo the manager and her response was it?s gonna take another 5 minutes or just get a refund. Of course at this point I wasalready livid and I did not want anything to do with them. This saddens me to review but after waiting 40 minutes for a Hawaiian Pizza, my in laws and I were eating uncooked crust. This... is a place we come to often so we never had a bad experience like this until last night. Why say your order will be ready in 40minutes and give us a pizza that wasn?t fully cooked. We ate what we could from the pizza after realizing the dough was what wasstretchy and NOT cheese. Read more
Their thin-crust pizzas are really good, and pretty cheap, as far as pizzas go. The crust is crispy and tastes like salted... butter, which is very nice. The cheese is less than ideal when it's cold, but you can just microwave it and it'll be no problem.If you're either impatient or don't have access to a microwave, that can be an issue, though. The pretzel-crust is also quitenice, if I remember correctly. Everything else is okay, but isn't worth it when you can get either a thin-crust or apretzel-crust instead, in my opinion. Read more
Clean store. The young woman behind the counter was nice. Not too much interaction with anyone, because I ordered with the app.... Ordering with the app is nice and easy. The only problem is you have to wait at least 15 minutes before you can pick up yourfood. Even if you order one of the hot and ready pizzas. Read more
