Extremely long wait. Even called ahead. Person on the phone was difficult but the young lady at the register was amazing.

Chaotic experience last week picking up the pizza I ordered from the app. The portal was not ready for the pizza until 15... minutes after the app said it was ready. Had to ask for the sauce it was supposed to come with. There was a confusing argumentgoing on at the counter that the teller gave this guy back too much money for his change and he was kindly trying to return itand do the right thing. Poor girl did not understand the math that she gave him back too much money. The manager was no wherearound to help fix it or open the register. So because of this, everyone standing around waiting was there almost 30 minuteslonger than necessary waiting for them to deal with that. Read more

When I came to pick up the take-out, the waiter told me about ten minutes. When I asked if my order was ready, the waiter... actually gave me the meaning of gestures and facial expressions.
