Mobile Order 1608 placed at around 2:12PM 09/16/22. Order wasn?t made until 10 minutes after getting there. Order was 2... McDoubles a 4 pc. Nuggs and large fries. Didn?t check the bag thinking it?s simple enough to not mess up, but was missing asandwich. Told the cashier, they said they would get it out but never did. I only have a 30 minute lunchso I have to inhale myfood and having to wait legit eats my lunch time. Read more
The drive thru closes at 11 p.m. I got in line at 10:43. There was a long line of maybe 9 or 10 cars. 12 minutes later at... 10:55 there was one car in front of me and I would be next to place my order. The car in front of me leaves the line. I pullup to hear a recording that they are now closed. Closing 5 minutes early is not cool...especially when you have been waiting. McDonald's is slacking big time on the customer service skills.
