We came in with a large party, and the staff took good care of our group and all our requests for extra condiments. Staff seemed... a little bothered by our many requests, I understand because there were so many of us, but customer service is very important,but they brought us what we needed when we asked. The food was good, even the small pho bowl was a little too much and Icouldn't finish it. I would have asked for a take out container had I been going straight home right after. My shrimp soup couldhave had a bit more shrimp. Spring rolls with pork and shrimp were great! The area isn't very nice, but restaurant was a goodexperience. Best bowl of pho I've had in a long time. Broth, noodles, meat all great.
Finally visited the original Pho Ha location in Pomona and it didn't disappoint our experience only made us want to return soon.... Freshness and flavors were on point, great tasting food. Ordered a couple of kumquat lemonade drinks, thai tea boba and a cokealong with crispy rolls to start, the sauce that comes with the rolls is yummy with a hint of spicy, great starting appetizers!Main dishes, ordered egg noodles combination stir fry (soft) kids loved it, medium-well steak dish full of flavor with sauce toadd to your liking and it came with a broth soup (loved it), and a charbroiled chicken breast with fried rice also with a brothsoup.. all were awesome! It just looks appetizing and glad I took some images to share, believe me it's great tasting food, fresh, good quality at reasonable prices, spent about $65 or so, not bad for a family of 4. This location has plenty of parking spaces and is very clean. The servers were nice and the food came out quick! Really good... PHO! The Thai tea was also bomb. Definitely recommend stopping by and getting a bowl. Read more
After 9 years since my last review here, still a place that I can rely on for fast, and good Vietnamese food. Even through... COVID-19 they made me feel safe to order there. They did try a online order system, but unfortunately is not there anymore. Soif you want to order phone is probably the easiest, if you want your food ready when you arrive. My go to dishes : Spring Rolls(still so fresh and good with their peanut sauce) Vermicelli with Charbroiled Pork and Grilled Shrimp. - this is usually prettygood, but I think it also depends on the chef that day. For example this past Sunday when I ordered it, I believe it was thebest I have ever had this dish here, then there would be other times when it seems like the pork was too cooked, or there wasn?tmuch in there, making it quite inconsistent. Either or this dish is still great, I just hope to be able to have what we did thispast weekend in the future. Chicken Wings- after how long did I not know this ? They have these wings that are really tastywith a bit of spice to it. I would just comment that I would just hope they have a bit more crisp to it, then I would order themall the time ! On my way back from Palm Springs and wanted to get some food so wanted Pho from the hangover. This place was packed so that was... a good sign that it was going to be good. Pho was great you should try it. Skip the meatball tho it taste pretty funky. Read more
