Since this is the only Pizza Hut within a relatively close distance from our home, we have no choice but to order from the Garey... Ave location. (Our Go-To location recently closed). I got the deal of two medium pizzas for about $20. I asked specifically if I can have ground beef as a free topping (sense... ground beef is usually extra) the cashier caught an attitude with me and said I can get any topping. I can't eat pork or their(Italian sausage). The pizzas had the sausage on it instead of beef. I took the pizzas back in and stated that they definitelyput sausage on the pizzas. They literally took meat from the back to show me that it is beef, but it doesn't take a culinarygenius to know what sausage tastes like. I hate pork. And I hate that cashier LOL they could've just said they didn't have beefand it would've been completely fine. But they went above and beyond to lie and ruin two pizzas. Read more
Pizza looks a little thin, but fine. 30 bucks for 2 Mediums (2 toppings) for those curious, image attached. Driver was friendly... and on time like always. No idea if it was any good as I trashed it after regretting ordering for various reasons. One of thembeing the reviews here gave me paranoia about someone messing with the pizza. The pizza was barely decent even though it was hot it's not prepared to standard. I have addressed this with the manager twice... now out of the last three orders and basically wasn't told contact his superiors because that's how he makes pizza. Very sadapproach , this is the second store manager I've encountered I at a pizza hut like this I'm really considering just not orderingwith the company. The product quality is matching the customer service quality. The store manager is always really dirty lookingand rude. I like to save some for the morning because who doesn't like cold pizza? I couldn't!!! And my dog didn't eat theleftovers. I loved pizza hut pizza but I'm so sad it's come this far I really wish the corporate offices cared about theirproduct like they used to be. Read more
