They will give you the wrong order countless times. If u order hand tossed or pan they insist on giving you thin crust cracker... pizza. Their debit card machine never works. Don't even try ebt. Cash only. You will pay for something you did not order. Theywill not remake the correct order. They will insist upon you taking the wrong order. No money back either. Talk about a run downpizza hut. My order was wrong. I called and spoke with someone who took my phone number and put me on hold. After holding for 15 minutes, ... I hung up and called back 11 times. Ordered the hand tossed garlic crust with Alfredo sauce ,extra cheese, red sweet onions, mushrooms and grilled chicken for... $16.98 Couldn't have asked for better quality as it was delicious and more economic then the California kitchen PizzaRestaurant . Customer service was superb as they were polite and took my Order as I requested. Service and product wasdelivered to my hands within 20 minutes. Read more
The food itself is always good and made correctly....we just have a complaint this recent time. Workers, be sure to read the... info when someone puts in an order. We scheduled for a later time because we weren't going to be there for that time. Theydropped it off half an hour before the set delivery time so it was cold by the time we got there (fortunately, I rather likecold pizza.....my boyfriend, not so much). Also, since we are over the road truckers, we had them deliver to a truck yard. Sothey just left it sitting out among everyone. They called and despite us saying it isn't supposed to arrive until 1100, theysaid they would just leave it in the driver's breakroom. They should have taken it back and redelivered it since it was theirmistake. I usually order online and pick up there because I'm literally down the street. The staff isn't always friendly and sometimes... you stand there for a while before anyone notices. I opted for delivery this time because it's pretty cold outside and I have apinched nerve causing me a lot of back pain. It took 45 minutes to arrive. 45 minutes when I'm a 2 minute drive away. Pizza isusually good, I'm just not happy with the service. I thought it would be fast, since it's around the corner. Proved me wrong.$11 Dinner Box. And it was luke warm to top it off. Read more
