This is the best, most consistent Starbucks I've ever been to. I go to CPP and usually stop by on the way to/from campus-... they're super quick so even if the drive-thru line is exiting the parking lot, it never takes more than 10 minutes to getthrough (and usually much less than that). I never worry about getting a "bad" drink, and even when I order food it's neverovercooked or cold inside. The staff is always friendly as well. I went to a different Starbucks this morning and got a drinkthat was half foam and a sandwich that was hard/dry- it made me appreciate how great this location is! Read more
This Starbucks is one of the newest designs, with a convenient drive-thru. The staff is some of the friendliest. I come here on... a daily basis, and they remember my drink preferences. One morning in the drive-thru, I forgot to say Soy for my latte into thevoice box, and they kindly reminded me. Excellent Service! Read more
I ordered the cappuccino and it was okay. I think there is a new barista making drinks because this cappuccino had more milk... than foam. Today there was a long line of cars in drive thru and it took much longer than usual to get my drink. There was a newgal at the window and my bill was $4.65. I gave her $5.65 and asked for a receipt. She didn't give me my change and when I askedher about it she said the cost was $5.65. I told her my receipt says $4.65 and she checked and then apologized and said shedidn't have her glasses and gave me change. At first I was annoyed by everything, the long wait and this interaction with thistransaction but upon leaving as I was driving straight, a lady who came out from the left of me and didn't look cut me off andI nearly got hit. I didn't have time to honk it happened so fast. If I didn't have that extended interaction with the barista, Iwould have gotten hit by that careless driver. Sometimes things happen for a reason. That interaction with the barista delayedme long enough to be seconds behind from getting hit. Needless to say I was no longer annoyed but very, very grateful. Read more
