We veen coming here for years I'm talking about since I was a kid I'm 32 years old now, and it's sad to say the past 3 years... ever since covid this place has fallen off ???? I literally go once a week the ladies know who iam. But this is gettingridiculous $9 they charge for a torta now .$9!!! Last year believe they were $7.95 now Look at this sorry excuse for a torta...where is the meat !!?? I'm so upset I paid $9 for two pieces of bread with hardly any meat inside . I get it ,inflation andeverything costing more but if your going to keep raising prices then atleast don't shorten customers on the food!. Atleast keepthe portions for what they use to be or somewhat close to it.. Trying to squeeze the most out of customers and charging more $$$but giving customers way ,way , less portions isn't right.. at this point it isn't even worth it buying food out anymore its notcheaper and it's way way less food. Better off making my own carne asada tbh.. idk I probly won't come back for a while. I knowthe ladies there are going to ask me why I havnt gone . So I'm posting this review . Read more
I want the radish, cucumbers, jalapeños, lemons and all the spices to come back, if they want us back and eat their lonely... tacos, burros and tortas. Very sad to take away the good stuff. Come on people!!!! COVI is long gone!!! Stop the excuses!!! Read more
This carne asada burrito was awful, all rice and beans and there was hardly any meat in it, they charge 1.75 for a squirt of... sour cream and almost 2.50 for a sliver of avocado. The 9 dollar burrito and a soda turned into 17.46. I will never come hereagain Read more
Tacos Jalisco is a no-frills taqueria that delivers big on flavor. The dining area is clean but the bathroom needs some serious... attention - it smells like a neglected beach bathroom that stinks and needs some bleach and a hard scrub. Authentic! Lushous Mexican food. Taste from my childhood onto my plate in Pomona. I love this place! You can get food choices... most don't offer...and can he cook! (Makes my mouth water just thinking about his food.) He cooks goat meat right out ofBiblical days...(that caused an inheratince to be traded away). I almost always get a bowl...I can't resist it. Place is legit. Salsa is bangin, burritos and tacos are fire, and they get you set up mad quick. Parking lot in the back is a... huge bonus. Kinda hood, there's lots of homeless around and some might even be brazen enough to ask you to buy them food, but Imean it's Pomona, there's not much you can do about that! Read more
Used to be a good spot, I recently went and ordered 2 asada burritos but when I bit into it, nothing but rice and beans with a... few pieces of meat? tacos weren?t bad, as a matter of fact 1 taco had more meat than the burrito. I let the lady know and shesaid that the new boss said only that small amount of meat per burrito. I got swindled, paid for a asada burrito and got a riceand beans burrito.
