I absolutely LOVE 99% of the workers in your Garnerville, NY location inside of Shell. Unfortunately, they had been out of the... blueberry flavor for about a week. Almost everyone that works there knows my order and are always so kind. I ask for extrablueberry when I get there because I order through the app AND it's ALWAYS already done because they know my name. Today, infront of a manager, a worker, who was not working, answered my question of if there was blueberry yet even though the cup saidso. I was just double checking. The non-working worker who was standing on my side of the counter, pointed to the label as if Icouldn't read. I kindly said "I'm asking the employees" which is when she replied "yeh well I work here but it's my day off" Sheproceeded to get nasty with me, telling me I got up on the wrong side of the bed and raised her voice at me.. all in front onthe manager. Outside, she gave me the finger, took a picture of my car and threatened me saying "oh don't worry I'll rememberyou, I know your order now and proceeded to give me the middle finger as I drove off. Your employees at this location are toonotch. I don't know who this employee is, but the manager in duty does. In my opinion, she should be repremanded and until Ihear otherwise, I will not be visiting that establishment (I go there every single day). Thank you for your time andconsideration. Read more
Whenever we go here we have to wait until the latino and Latinas are taken care of no matter that we are there first they take... care of their own kind and I think its rude and very unbusinesslike and needs to be corrected it happens on a regular basis andI'm not happy about it and neither are other customers Read more
My receipt shows two free beverage but the store refused to give to me. They said it didn?t show on their receipt so they... couldn?t give to me even I showed my receipt to them. I don?t know where goes wrong. The store is ok but just let everyone knowyou might not get the free drink Dunkin? offers for no reason. Read more
This Dunkin' is embedded in a gas station ?. There's no seating here and the bathroom ???? was out of order ???? The service was... also a little slow, but the donuts ???? were standard and good, and so was the coffee ? and hot cider. Read more
