Why offer ?quick pick up options? when they aren?t quick. I have 30 minutes to get there, get my order and get back to work. ... Having 3 employees working the line and no one to assist to-go order. Rude. No customer service. Came into store to get a bowl and burrito. They filled both items with rice and no meat. When brought... to the managers attention she insinuated it was my fault her employees have no idea how to make the food they sell. She thenacted like it was a total inconvenience that i not be satisfied with what we paid for. As a vegetarian, I like chipotle because it has the sofrita (non meat option) and is a healthy alternative to many other fast... food franchises in the area. BUT to find myself chewing on steak that was hidden in the sofrita?when my order was rice, sofrita,corn, and cheese?..was absolutely unacceptable. I am a vegetarian by choice growing up in a household where my family couldn?teat meat for serious health issues?.I can?t imagine ordering this for them thinking there was no meat for them to get severelyill. Walked right up and ordered....no waiting at all. Food was fresh and yummy like normal, and people were really nice.
