Terrible! I had to wait around an hour!! Staff doesn't hear you so you have to yell inside there, they were very disinterested... in take care of us and then the pizza wasn't too good, I hope you guys make it better. Read more
I am currently on my 5th call and no one answers. Online it says my order was completed but I also receive an email stating they... apologize buy they could not fulfill my order. Which one is it?? Food was delivered 45 minutes after they marked the order delivered We thought they dropped off our food to someone else They... never answered the phone - a minimum of 20 attempts ------------------------------------ I have revised my review from 1 to 3stars because the franchise owner followed up with my complaint. He explained their major staffing issues and technologicalbugs, that together created this disaster. I am not going to leave a 1 star review because the primary issue is governmentcreated policy that has suffocated our economy and jobs market. This is not my first negative experience because of staffingissues in the service industry. Despite the follow up, I struggle to leave a 4 star review because they need to figure out asolution to at the very least communicate with customers who think their food is never arriving. I was given a free pizza andthe franchise owner's personal number, should I have issues in the future. I'll give them one more try and change this to 3stars for now. We ordered from this location last night, and really did not have a good experience. Ordering through the app was easy enough,... and we DID find a good coupon ($25 for 2 large 2-topping pizzas and our choice of stuffed bread). We ordered a large pepperoniand black olive pizza, a ham and pineapple pizza (pineapple TOTALLY belongs on a pizza!), and stuffed cheesy bread. We alsoordered three dipping sauces (garlic, marinara, and habanero mango). Our order showed up in a record amount of time, and ourdelivery guy was so nice! But that's where the good experience ends. First, when opening the boxes, we noticed that the threedipping sauces we ordered were missing. I was really bummed, because the habanero mango sounded really good! By the time werealized they were missing, the delivery driver had already left. Second, when we did open the pizza boxes, there was anexcessive amount of grease in the bottom of the box. Now, I do like greasy food, but this was too much (see pics...thatdarkness next to the pizza in the box isn't a shadow...it's grease). Third, when my husband was eating a piece of the cheesybread, he noticed that the middle was not cooked. It was raw dough. Not exactly appetizing. Overall, this location reallyneeds help. The pizza itself had good flavor, but was very greasy. Undercooked/raw bread is unacceptable. Forgetting dippingsauces that were paid for isn't cool, either. We will definitely go elsewhere when ordering pizza. Read more
I've ordered from this Domino's multiple times and never had an issue. I use their well-designed app and my order is always... correct. pick up orders are ready between 10-20 minutes from ordering. Sometimes delivery takes a little longer than I wouldlike, but that just means they're busy. Read more
The owner Carlos reached out to me directly from his personal cell to correct an online order... I rated my order through... dominoes app and few days later I was surprised when I received a phone call from him. He apologized and comped our next mealcompletely. Out of any restaurant I've ordereded online, I've never got this type of professionalism and hospitality.. let alonea franchise which says a lot???? Thanks again Carlos! Read more
