I normally like Domino?s Pizza but this location is terrible! I just moved to this area and have ordered from them twice. Both... times the order was very wrong, horribly made and the drinks I ordered were substituted with whatever they had. When I ask thedelivery guy about that, he said ?well if we run out of something, we substitute it with whatever we have.? The second time Iordered from them, it was so wrong and bad that I called the store which is unlike me. I never call to complain about anything.Who ever answered the phone did not care about what I had to say at all. He said that he would credit me back. I told him that Iwas calling to let them know about the mistakes that they made so that maybe he could speak with the employees about paying alittle more attention to the orders. I told him I thought that his manager needed to know how the food was being sent out.Especially the fact that undercooked chicken wings can actually do a lot of damage to a person and possibly even kill them. Hedid not care one bit and he actually hung up on me. I will never order from that Domino?s again ever! They are rude, they do notcare one bit and they put whatever they want to on your pizza, send out undercooked chicken and substitute whatever they are outof with whatever they want. We used to be regular customers of this store, however after tonight we are finished! We ordered multiple items, as usual they... arrived promptly. However this time the wings were cold and seemed undercooked. Everything else was great. I called the store tospeak with someone, he said we cannot refund or give you store credit for the wings, bye! Called back, the manager wasapparently unavailable. No wonder this place has 2.5 stars. Horrible customer service! Read more
I?ve tried to order two or three times from the app and every time it kept saying this store has canceled the order. I called... the store and the person that answered said they close at 8 PM. What pizza place closes at 8 PM?!? The hours on their own appsays open and accepting orders until midnight. Read more

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Ordered a pan pizza and instead of getting a fully cooked crisp crust, I get a mushy pile of... cheese. Called the store (9-16-21 at 6:35 pm) and the man answering the phone said to bring the pizza back in so they can make anew one or that I get a credit for the pile of mush I got. I ordered delivery so I expect to receive my pizza fully cooked andready to eat not to have to go to the store and wait for a replacement pizza especially during a pandemic where I amuncomfortable leaving my house. He refused to send a replacement pizza in return for the sorry excuse they sent me. I asked whythe pizza was not cooked properly and he replied smugly that "it is" (let the pictures be the judge of his professionalism).Never ever will I order from Domino's again. PLEASE DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY on this location. Waited 2 hours for my order. No way to cancel, no way to communicate... with driver, store doesn?t answer the phone, pizzas were cold when finally got them.
