They forgot my wake up wrap so I took a video when I got home to show them next visit in hope they would do the right thing with... a complimentary wrap! All I got was absolute attitude!! Staff are pretty rude. They did not fry this bread on one side, I asked them to toast it again, but they did not even look at... me. I'm a regular customer of Dunkin's and I love their products, but I've never had such a bad experience. That's why Iwanted to point out. Read more

I am so amazed at how fast the service has become here. The customer service lady at the window literally was holding the cup... outside of the drive thru pick up window before I got a chance to arrive from placing my order at the drive through speakers.The bagel didn?t taste fresh, though. After waiting 10 minutes in line I order a small hot black coffee paying $2.02 as we are driving off I am noticing the lid looks... like they took it out of the garbage can and it?s not even close to full !
