I come here every morning before work. The last 5 times they have served me hot dirty water for hot chocolate. Literally hot... water that looks dirty and it doesn?t even taste like chocolate. Read more

Consistently poor coffee. I order it black because any time I?ve ordered with cream or almond they put more creamer in than... coffee. But when I order it black they can?t mask how bad the coffee is. They also use way too much ice often. ?Buddy? youaren?t saving money by doing this. Ppl will just take their business to another location opposed to you saving 2 cents Read more

Long lines...short staffed...but a pleasant crew. They do not have lemons for iced tea..discontinued...that does not make me... happy! Corporate needs to make this happen...iced tea without lemon is like coffee without coffee! Read more

I have been a patron of this location for over a year. Every single morning Talia would assist me and made my experience great.... Always made my drinks perfect, treated myself and my daughter when I had her with respect, and did pretty much everything atthat store. There was an incident that happened at Dunkin with an employee so I asked to speak to the manager. Instead ofhearing me out, this manager degraded her ex employee and was beyond rude. I?ve had managers like this in the past, where I runmyself to the ground doing everything I can for a company and they treat me so poorly. I hope Dunkin? will change their managertraining and show the leaders of these locations that you have to show compassion and respect your employees. Read more

I love this location very good customer service Lauryn always is friendly kind and knows her coffee. Very proactive customer... service I only come here because of her. As Modern Day Butler I know the difference between reactive and proactiveservice. Lauryn deserves a raise what and vacation. Angles was an amazing customer service agent. Very kind and friendly.
