Consistently poor coffee. I order it black because any time I?ve ordered with cream or almond they put more creamer in than... coffee. But when I order it black they can?t mask how bad the coffee is. I have been a patron of this location for over a year. Every single morning Talia would assist me and made my experience great.... Always made my drinks perfect, treated myself and my daughter when I had her with respect, and did pretty much everything atthat store. There was an incident that happened at Dunkin with an employee so I asked to speak to the manager. Instead ofhearing me out, this manager degraded her ex employee and was beyond rude. I?ve had managers like this in the past, where I runmyself to the ground doing everything I can for a company and they treat me so poorly. I hope Dunkin? will change their managertraining and show the leaders of these locations that you have to show compassion and respect your employees. Read more
