Waited forver for a table @ 4:00 am on a Sunday morning..only one waitress and one cook. Poor waitress was greeting, seating,... waiting, bussing tables all while playing security guard. Simple order was delivered wrong, waited for the fix from the kitchenuntil we had to leave. Overworked waitress said we had to wait while the cook was being interviewed by the police due to a driveby shooting threat against the place. If you appreciate a horribly inefficient restaurant, go here. Love dodging bullets whileeating your pancakes? This is your place. Do not go here!!! Definitely not with the kids...... Read more
This IHOP has gone to the dogs! The food sucks now! The customer service is mid and it?s nothing like it was years ago. The... hostess (what hostess?!) she didn?t say thank you for your business or anything when I picked up my food. She gave me myreceipt and walked away. I entered the restaurant around 5:50 AM. There was a hostess/waitress talking with a man at the cash register. There was NO ONE... dining. I was offered a menu and told to seat myself. I told the hostess I know what I'm having and sat at a table. Over 10minutes went by, with no one coming to take my order, so I walked out. The hostess was still speaking with the same person atthe entrance. We made eye contact and she didn't say anything. Maybe the franchise owner of this location is wealthy anddoesn't need the money or possibly the waitress is wealthy and has the job to stay busy and fill her time. Excellent customer service. We came in at 10:30 p.m. after not being served in the powerline location (despite the claim that... they close at 12 am) the waitress and the cook were extremely nice and provided a great customer experience. I would put 6 starsif I could. Cook and waitress attitude was great. Read more
Teresa was our amazing server. Although they were short staffed and out of stock in certain items she made our night so special.... We went just to try the special menu but ended up staying 2 hours cause she had us all singing in the middle of the night. Read more

The fluffy waffles were absolutely delicious but our server was a bit behind. She seemed very lost with just about anything we... asked her to help with. Even checking out took quite some time. But the food was absolutely delicious so there was that. Read more
