The place stinks all the time and the service is really bad and workers have such a bad attitude!!!

Must try the Italian cheese steak, lasagna, Italian fries and cheesecakes. ???? yummy.

I'm a guest at this hotel and I called to ask what kind of sandwiches they had. The guy told me on the phone we have hot and... cold sandwiches but I'm not about to read all the sandwiches off from top to bottom and you tell me okay and have a nice day. Iwas going to order something but when you have an attitude like that and very rude with it you will not get my service. Me and my husband had a terrible experience here tonight. I would give them no stars if I could. We tried to call about 8 times... to put an order in since we had a pretty big order and it just rang until we got the voicemail. Since we couldn't get an answer,we decide to walk over and order it there. There was no one in there and the man at the register was on his phone. He was veryrude and seemed very unhappy to be there. He rudely interrupted us multiple times while we were ordering our food. We calledagain as we were walking in to see if the phone would actually ring to know if he was just ignoring it before, and it did ring.We waited 25 minutes for our food and it was missing an item. We know it was paid for bc he read our order back to us earlier,but he insisted that we were wrong and proceeded to make us pay for that item again. The service was slow and definitely notresort worthy. Not to mention the food is way overpriced. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone staying here. If I wasWyndham, I would reconsider keeping them here. Read more

I absolutely loved it here! Adorable little shop and the older guy running it was so nice not sure why a review said he was... rude, probably just one of those days we all have here and there lol, definitely recommend his homemade cannoli's, his saladswere really good as well ???? oh and my family enjoyed his sandwiches! This place is amazing! I am not quite sure what the other posts are referring to, probably jealous businesses in the area! ... This place is one of the reasons we keep coming back to the Wyndham Palm Aire. Food is amazing, service may slow down a littlebut that's because this place is always rocking. I would seriously suggest the Philly Cheese but everything is worth it. I'veseen comments about it being expensive when it actually isn't. Went to JJ for a sandwich and with all the extra charges fortoppings it ends up being in the same price range. Love this place, wish them all the success! I'm keeping an eye on theseguys as the grow.
