This place sucks I ordered 1/4 chicken meal white meat they gave me dark meat told me I didn't order white meat so obviously was... miscommunication. Then I ask if I could buy another piece because she wouldn't take care of the issue at hand. Wanted to chargeme 8 dollars for one piece. Waited a long while in line for burnt fries.; disappointing considering it was the only thing I ordered.
Went to this location and my order was taken wrong. I ordered the spicy garlic fish with the shrimp and scallops. Got home and... called when I realized the shrimp and scallops was missing. I called and instead of saying he misunderstood what I was askingfor, he tried to tell me what I wanted. I'll never go back. I've only been going back to La Granja because the other 2locations have garlic fish with shrimp. This location closer to my home has shrimp and scallops. I was hoping the experiencewould be like the other places, but it was not. It even appears the fish and shrimp used is different depending on thelocation. I don't like the fish from this location. It's extremely oily and clashes with the thick garlic sauce, which alsolooks different from the other 2 locations. Half the amount of pork you normally get and it's a quarter fat. Only canned drinks that I had to wash in the bathroom before... drinking. Very dirty cans. Skip this place. Mostly juice in my beans. I've been to many La Granja and this is by far the worst,by a landslide. Read more
wasted money on the fried seafood mix, the seafood chaufa. To start, the fried seafod mix was not fresh, it was cold and mussels... were overly cooked. Don?t eat here.The employee in the drive thru was nasty to us.I tried ordering the 16 wings with fries which is on their menu,he... told me in his computer it?s not listed.I was told I can?t purchase 16 wings all together &that I have to make two separateorders for 8 wings twice because they didn?t change outside menu.I ended up paying more ???? never again,wings were burnt andnot worth it.I can?t believe 16 wings was on their menu clear as day and they wouldn?t let me purchase if I didn?t buy two 8pieces???????????
