This was the WORSE food and experience to be had on vacation. The customer service was beyond bad . She was not taking the... orders as it was given to her as we had to repeatedly say what it was we wanted on our subs . We got the the window to pay andconfirm what it was we ordered .we had to basically re-order it to only have 5combo meals not fix at all and j no o one besatisfied with there food . As I have worked in food service for a time and have never experienced a lack of work effort andcommunication. I will never try this place again . It was the worst customer service, I've ever had. The woman that took my order its as if she wasn't even listening when I pulled... up to the drive thru. I reminded her of the order three times at the payment window for her to then still miss one thing when Iwas receiving my order at the pickup window. I ordered a number 2 with another order of fries two separate types of fries. Shegave me the number two with the separate order of fries and not the the ones that actually come with the number two. I then hadto order the original ones that come with the number two meal. Has no care for the customer or there job there. Horrible. It wasthe crew that works 12am 1am around that time. Read more
I have gone to this location a few times. I always have a good experience. The managers and the crew are nice. I?ve never had... anything wrong with my order or a bad experience. Also, the shrimp caesar is good. They add this sweet sauce on the shrimp. It?sdelicious. Read more
