2 hours to deliver a pizza. When it came the delivery guy said "they remade it". If i could give 0 stars, i would.

We stop at this Pizza Hut to get water and that was impressed by how a bottle of water cost three dollars. But other than that... the service was fast efficient and the lady in the cashier machine was very nice with us. Read more

Honesty, the worst experience I have ever had at a Pizza Hut. I ordered for delivery at 6:43pm and got it at 8:03pm. It was cold... and the wrong pizza. When I called to try to exchange for the right pizza, the girl told me that I received the right one anddidn?t try to rectify their mistake. Read more
RIDICULOUSLY SLOW SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I walked up and waited in line for about 5 minutes. When I noticed... that the pizza that I wanted was not already prepared I stepped to the front and told the girl that was working the cashregister. The way she spoke I couldn?t understand her. When I finally got to the front and ordered my pizza she said I was goingto be seven minutes and I asked if I wanted to get the combo. I said yes. She didn?t give me the cup so I had to grab one for myself. Then while I stood there waiting they put out my pizza and someone took it and I had to practically yell that one wassupposed to be mine before she put out the others . THEN after paying +$9 she still didn?t have my bread sticks ready so I hadto wait 5-10 more minutes while the staff worked slowly. I ordered 3 breadsticks and was charged $5.21 because Manager Bruno said the $3.70 price was when you get it as a... combo...However, the combo price says 2.79. How does that makes sense? The price of $5.21 is no where to be seen. Read more
