We’ve ordered delivery from here a few times, on time and food very good considering we do live about 10 min away , always... patient on the phone as we are hot messes trying to order, tonight I picked up for the first time and I was late (a bit after 9)and they were super friendly and were closing. Ordered from this place a couple times - extremely hit or miss. Fantastic quesso, but the temperature of the food is always... borderline but tonight was embarrassing. Ordered a burrito and it was ice cold. Photos show unmelted cheese and 80 degreesinternal temp. Had the rice / steak been hot, cheese would have at-least maybe melted. When I called to complain the girl saidshe couldn’t deal with this, and her manager was to busy to talk to me and he would have to call me back. Burrito has sincebeen trashed and I’ve ordered from a tried and true competitor. 2 stars for quesso and my wife’s salad, hard to mess uplettuce and some beef I guess. Read more

The one star is only for the chorizo empanada. Everything else we ordered was bland and dry. The nacho meal’s “cheese” was... stuck dried to the chips, and the barbacoa looks like it has seen better days. Quesadilla came with white rice on the side…why? Takeout and delivery only. For a place that advertises itself as authentic and homemade Latin cuisine, it seemed like theironly seasonings were salt and pepper. Read more

I placed an order via the seamless app around 5:50 pm. I waited over an hour and had not received my order. I called the... restaurant regarding the status of my order. Someone informed me that there was an error or glitch with the seamless and theysaw my order was placed for 10 pm which they saw didn’t make sense because they are closed by then. They finally made my order—- a small order of two tacos and 3 empanadas. Nothing big. Anyway it took another hour for me to finally receive my order. SoI guess over 2 hours total for me to receive my food. I felt like I had to constantly call the restaurant to receive an update.Empanadas and tacos were mediocre at that point. Read more

Delicious food and GREAT sauces. We first discovered Chanos when they delivered an order to our house incorrectly; it was our... neighbors' food, but this was at the height of the early COVID-19 pandemic when everyone was still fearful of human contact. Ourneighbors told us to keep it, and Chanos delivered the order to them again. We ate the food and loved it! So with this mistake,Chanos made a new customer. It may have cost them in the short run, but they've made much more from us in the past two years orso. Really good place, highly recommended. Great burritos, and love the yaroa fries. Read more

This place is great! I ordered food for 9 people and they had it all ready very quickly and it tastes great. Great serving sizes... too. The woman behind the counter even offered to help me take it to my car. Will definitely order from here again next time Iwork in the area. Read more

Takeout only! Breakfast on the menu but they do not open until 10:30AM, smh. No indoor seating but plenty of space for a few... small tables. Instead, a few sofas and a large tv facing the register area for staff. The barboca burrito was simply okay.Chanos is not worth going out of the way for but if you are nearby or a local give it a shot. Enjoy! Read more

I ordered a beef enchilada that cost $15 to just taste like nothing. It lacks flavor. It was decorated very nice and delivery... to my job was timely but it wasn't worth $15.. need more seasoning or a different sauce or cheese that has more flavor. Superbland Read more
