this starbucks is hit or miss with the drinks, some of the drinks are always made horribly wrong and differently from other... Starbucks no matter who makes it which is really strange. also, the service is extremely slow and there's always a 45 minutedrive thru wait. very rarely I was able to get through the drive thru in 10 min. I had enough today when the drive thru was sobacked up that it was creating traffic in the parking lot for Planet Fitness. something needs to change with staffing/management Read more

My friend stopped by this Starbucks to get me a coffee. The guy who made it was super rude and was clearly having a bad day.... Apparently, this is the amount of coffee you get when you ask for no ask ice in venti and I haven?t even sipped this yet. (evenwith ice this wouldn?t even fill the cup). I?ve always gotten less or no ice and I?ve never gotten this before. He Wouldn?t giveher the almond milk she paid for. And when she just asked the coffee so she could go he slams it on the counter. I get having abad day but don?t take it out on customers just trying to get to work themselves. I really wish she had gotten his name and thatI could give negative stars. Read more

Place is very nice and people are friendly but... On my question "-do you have a french vanilla flavor?" I got the answer "-yes... we do", and I got this: Pumps Vanilla Pumps Hazelnut And no one didn't ask me about mixing something to try to substitute mypreferred flavor.
