Somehow whenever I order from this jersey mikes they give me the complete wrong order. They managed to butcher a sandwich that... was supposed to have just lettuce and oil and vinegar which is so simple and put tomato, mayo, and no oil or vinegar on it. Thesmaller sandwich had no tomato but no mayo or oil and vinegar. I literally asked for extra oil and vinegar on the bread for bothand I got none. They also put onions which I?m allergic to. Is it really that hard to make a sandwich? I love jersey mikes butthis one disgraces their company name. Read more
Staff charged my 12 year old son for the wrong sandwich. When I questioned it the staff were very rude and then explained the... refund takes 48hrs. Why are you able to make an immediate mistake but can't make an immediate correction? Why be rude when youmade the mistake and have now taken a total of $30+ from a 12 year olds debit card. So I?ve been to several different locations and this particular location many times and have not written a review until today. ... Whoever it was that was in charge on Wednesday at 2:00, was so upbeat and personable to everyone. He was great with theemployees (one of which was his first day) and just as great with everyone who walked in. He acted as if he knew each and everycustomer and was happy to be at work (this isn?t seen very often, so it brightened my day just a little bit to see that). Oh,food?s good too! Read more
This place has certainly gone down hill since Don left. This place looks to be left to a bunch of children running the show with... no ring leader in sight. Nobody smiles or is friendly. You?re lucky to get acknowledged at all now. One year ago their servicewas sincerely top notch. Sad to see such a drastic change at a place I use to enjoy so much. My very first visit to Jersey Mike's was the best experience I ever had! Ryan and Caitlin made me feel like a king! I ordered... a regular tuna hero with the works. After Ryan made my sub, he gave me an extra cold cut sub! He also asked me if I wouldlike some cookies. There employees should be rewarded from their company for giving such outstanding service!
