The food is tasty but they are WAY overpriced. $26 for two lunches, that aren?t even that big, is way too much.
Just wanted to write a review about a recent experience. My son ordered Moe?s for his friend and himself through Doordash. ... After more than an hour, the Doordash driver called him and said he had picked up the food but wasn?t coming. I called Moe?s tosee if the order was still there or if it had actually been picked up. He confirmed it was picked up. He apologized and saidhe would call Doordash and try to find out what was going on. He mentioned he was working alone so I said I could come pick upthe new order. He insisted he?d remake it and someone would be in shortly and he?d have it delivered to me in 10 minutes?andless than 10 minutes later, he pulls into our driveway on his motorcycle to deliver it himself, still apologizing, even thoughit was of no fault of his own! Tastes so good and gets my order right all the time. Love the free extra chips. Amazing.
Basically charged me for something I didn't order just because the felt like it. Didn't ask if I wanted the taco Tuesday special... w the drink. I order 3 TACO meal for 9. 99 Not a BOGO taco special with a drink that cost 2 bucks more. They should have askedb4 taking it upon themselves! Read more
Great food! I know it might be hard to believe but for me this place is better then Chipotle, not only do they give you extra... toppings with no cost but they give you chips with your order that you pick out which salsa to eat them with. I love getting theborrito bowl because when you ask for some extra toppings they can add a decent amount, but for a regular boritto they add lessbecause they have to roll that thing up. I had a catering event and worked with Rose. She was amazing and so was the food. If you are hesitating to eat this food please... don?t . The staff and the food succeeded my expectations. I had to call and ask a question after my event was already set andthe manager I dealt with was able to answer all of my questions. I give the food and staff 5 stars for excellence! Read more
Awful service and extremely small portions. I asked the guy behind the counter for a few tacos and because they were different... types he seemed extremely annoyed and ignored me while he talked to other workers. Never going there again. See the picturefor how much chicken they put in one of the tacos. For a $3 taco that is ridiculous. Read more
I frequent this place for lunch since I work up the road. And one thing I have noticed is they don't mix the burrito... Ingredients properly. You always get fulll bites of lettuce or full bites of just rice. All the fillings would be on thebottom.... so to remedy that issue I've recently been ordering a burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side and mixing it myselfbefore assembling the burrito. Well today on moes Monday they decided they wanted to charge me $1 extra to order a tortilla onthe side? I argued with the man saying if I order the burrito I don't get charged extra. But if I order the burrito in a bowlwith the tortilla on the side all of a sudden I get charged extra..... I asked him what extra am I getting if it's the sameexact Ingredients as ordering the burrito.? He couldnt produce an answer.... If they knew how to assemble burritos properly.And not just roll them up like a diaper, people would not have to order this way... Not once has any burrito place tried tocharge extra for ordering this way. But it appears the workers at this moes location were ok with losing a frequent customertoday... qdoba, bubakoos and Chipotle are both within equal distances away.
