Best Braums Restaurant in USA , by all means people this is the place to eat , NO FLIES , AND TABLE AND FLOOR ARE CLEAN , FOOD... IS OUTSTANDING, AND ICE CREAM IS FANTASTIC. Update if you want ice cream on Sunday night drive through and order its faster thenstanding at the counter waiting on an Braum's employee to acknowledge you , I would hope the management of this store would readthese reviews. Don't order the 2 piece chicken tenders, so small looks like a kid meal , I bet kid meal is bigger . Read more
Eating breakfast here now. I got a GRANDE burrito that was COLD tortilla hard as a rock and barely even any food in it. Asked... for picante sauce and a MANAGER waved her hand over to the sauce packet bucket that literally only had ONE sauce in it. Askedher for another 3 times and she acted like she couldn?t hear me after making eye contact. Go to get a drink. No Dr Pepper. Wentto sit down, ketchup and various other sauces all over the walls. Food is good as always. However, the time it takes to get your food is crazy. Even when they're not busy, they seem to take much... longer than any other Braums we've visited. Also, don't forget to check your bag(s) before leaving the drive-through. They'rereally good at forgetting to send straws and utensils with orders. Otherwise, you'll be waiting another 15+ minutes to get whatthey forgot to send with your order. Read more
Had the double cheese burger which was on special. Very good. Fries were good as well. Was a late lunch or early supper, after... a time out kayaking. Good to fill up (I was full, too) after enjoying fresh air. Read more
I stopped while in town for the day. Picked up a couple of pre-packaged items from the grocery side. The cashier was very nice.... Waited in line to get a cone, and watched as an employee stuck his bare fingers in a Styrofoam cup to get something off theinside. He did it multiple times, wiping his fingers off on his apron/shirt between swipes. I excused myself past the customerbehind me and left. I will never understand how someone handling food/dishes/utensils can do so without wearing gloves. Do theseemployees ever have to complete food safety classes anymore? Read more
Great tasting food at an affordable price. Huge selection of ice creams and dairy products for sale. Like a small town grocery... store inside!!! Great Burgers!!! Handicap accessable. Always busy. Might have delays in drive thru. I did. I had to park underthe sign and wait for my burger and fries.... But i understand and will be back again soon! Read more
Love Braums! Seriously the best ice cream and food. However, this location wasn't the greatest. Most tables were very dirty and... the employees constantly walked in and out of a door that slams shut. It was noticeably annoying to customers. Read more
This location just can?t get it right, ever? Visit #1 Used the drive thru, ordered a bag of burgers. Was asked to pull up. We... pulled up and waited almost 15 minutes. My husband went in and asked what?s the hold up. The workers sat our bag on the counterinside and completely forgot about it. Husband said he?s informing the manager, a girl delivering food dropped it on the floor.I hope it was replaced before serving. Visit #2 Went in to redeem a free frozen yogurt coupon my son had received from school.The younger boy that was helping us brought a cone with ice cream melting over and said, ?the ice cream was left out too longand melted. Is this okay or do I need to make a new one?? He hesitantly made a new one. I honestly think he wasn?t sure what hewas doing. He was a sweet kid. Visit #3 Used drive thru ordered a burger and a shake they asked to upsize from small to mediumso we did. Pulled up to the window and they had made it a small so they were fixing that error. We noticed they made it a combowith fries without asking. We also did not receive the fries until asking about it. We are always asked to pull up even if weare the only ones in the drive thru. The store has a wonderful older gentleman that works the register. Too bad he can run thefast food side, too! He was a delight and I?d recommend keeping him for the sake of the store.
