I appreciate McDonalds. Unfortunately nearly everytime I order - it's incorrect. My fault in not checking my order before... leaving. My food this last time was also not freshly cooked, bun was hard and barely warm as we're the fries. I still appreciatethem. If you have a problem with them then don't go back or take it back. can?t put a competent person in drive thru or management. no communication within their team. spent 15 minutes correcting a... order and still got the wrong food and over charged with no receipt. nothing has changed lol don?t waste your time here. Read more

To be fair the atmosphere would have been fine but the cutomer people were a bit hostile and that killed the vibe. Poncas... McDonald's is under relatively new management / ownership and they did a full remodel and it looks great. The staff is havingsome struggle, and I'm not sure its entirely their fault. The remodel has cups by the register. But staffing has the customersordering in the self serve and thus not getting drink cups. So theres a group of folks who have gotten their food but no drinksgrumpy and teying to get the attention of workers who are not coming to the front very often. Add in the staff at drive throughnot giving straws or sauce so folks were coming in angry about that as well which didnt encourage them to come out more. Theydid a good job for what they are providing and considering its the first day of haloween bucket happymeals it wasnt that bad. Read more

Gross coffee! If you look at the picture you would think the coffee should be really sweet, well it wasn?t, it was worse than... normal black coffee. I usually get the same coffee (iced caramel) at other places and it is definitely sweet. When I asked thelady at the counter if I could change my coffee to a soft drink, given that I only took one sip out of it and hated it, shelooked at me like I was crazy and like she didn?t understand what I was saying. My burger was fine and the nuggets were fine butthe fries were cold like they had just been sitting out all day. My son had gotten hot fries so I don?t understand why they giveus cold fries but they could make hot fries for other people. Last time we went here they had forgotten to put meat in my auntsburger. Literally how can you forget the meat? You would think that it would be a better place after the remodel but it is stillthe same. This has to be one of the WORST run business I have ever come in contact with. Locked doors because of COVID even though they... enter in and out repeatedly to deliver food for those in a waiting line but not a Dad who is trying to potty train his littleboy! And when you finally make it to the speaker to order breakfast for you and your little guy, the speaker is silent while 4cars make it through the line after you. I keep trying to give this place a chance but they continue to disappoint time and time again. Whoever owns this place needs to... wake up. If a receipt says what I wanted but what I get doesn't reflect that it just means the workers don't care. Please dobetter. Read more
