This place just needs to shut down been there 3 times Twice inside stand there for 10 minutes and no one waits on you. Same for... the drive through had to yell hello after a long wait Sometimes you just have to have Popeyes but they are a disgrace Veryunderstaffed. Always out of things. Went through drive through for 1 chicken breast was told 4.something for the total got tothe window where they said my total was 7 something they added on 3 biscuits but didn't give me the biscuits. Another timethey charged me 12 dollars for a 4 piece I'm not sure what was in the box but it didn't look like chicken. I keep going backhoping they will step it up but I have given up hope Read more
I love they're chicken, but order the mild and got original, also order coleslaw salad and ended up tasting and smelling like... toothpaste idk why.. we didn't continue to eat it and we stopped going.. disappointed Read more
I went with two friends. I received my order within two minutes but my two friends, who ordered ahead of me, didn't receive... their order for 17 minutes, then was missing parts of their order and had to go ask for the remaining order. My order ofcoleslaw was too warm to safely eat without risking food poisoning. Coleslaw with mayo and cabbage should be kept at 41 degreesor colder, mine was at room temperature so that went to the trash. I ordered the 4 pieces of chicken ($10) and received twowings and two breasts. The biscuit was HARD and DRY. The Mac and Cheese was so-so alright. Won't wast my time visiting hereagain. This food is not at all fit to eat. The ice tea was like dirty dishwater. There were 5 tiny very small shrimp in the box... nothing like the picture. I expect more from popeye's. Read more
Friendly and polite guy taking orders through drive thru. Seemed short handed, not busy, took a bit. Chicken strips warm, not... hot & were a bit overcooked, everything else was ok. Read more
The Popeyes Chicken in Ponca City, Ok was awful. Got there when it opened tables wasn't clean, didn't have any napkins,and... the person that took our order was dumber than a rock. Wouldn't not recommend this place to anyone. Read more
I think only 2 were working and it took forever to order and get our food. It was just OK. My chicken tenders were very dry and... the biscuits were hard and tasteless. I will give it another try maybe at noon.... Read more
