Order was wrong, even asked twice if he put the meat on there, he assured me he did. Got to the car, checked my sandwich, and... zero meat. Took it in, he argued that I did not order meat (even though he repeated back to me "Italian BMT" at the very start),then he just opened my sandwich and threw meat on it. Cold meat on my toasted sandwich ???? Then told me the Italian BMT costless than what he charged me for!!! Read more
Ordered the sweet onion chicken teriyaki. He used plain chicken chunks and poured the sauce down a straight line on the... sandwich. Most bites had no flavor but when I bit into the area that had the sauce my taste buds were fried. Ruined the entiresandwich. Will not be ordering that sandwich from there again. They make their sweet onion chicken sandwiches NOTHING like theSubway at I35 in Tonkawa. Guess I will be eating in Tonkawa more often. Read more
Absolutely horrible. None of the coupons worked the 1 guy working there alone says the server was down . It took 20 minutes to... get thru line . Each sandwich had barely anything on it because they were out of everything or bare minimum of stuff. Staff was nice this time. In the recent past we have gone in twice and the were out of a lot of stuff.
